What our people have to say about us

Being a Fair Work Inspector is an important role. I’m actually serving the public and getting a lot of personal satisfaction helping people and getting real outcomes. This is an established place to work, and I get job security, career progression, training, and genuine work life balance. It’s a great job, so much better than I expected.

- Inspector, based in regional South Australia

What I find most fulfilling about working at the FWO is the genuine effort made to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected regardless of their background. It’s inspiring to see how our cultures aren’t just acknowledged but celebrated, creating a workplace where every individual’s uniqueness and perspectives are valued.
