In January 2022, the ABCC commenced court proceedings alleging breaches of the Fair Work Act by the CFMMEU and CFMMEU officials Wyatt Raymount, Travis Brook, Alexandria Russell and Desmond Savage at the Yatala Labour Prison project site in Northfield, South Australia. In December 2022, these proceedings were transferred from the ABCC to the Fair Work Ombudsman. On 18 July 2023, the Fair Work Ombudsman filed a Notice of Discontinuance in relation to Ms Russell only.
