Make a report to the Commission

The Fair Work Commission (the Commission) is seeking information from those with knowledge of workplace non-compliance or misconduct by CFMEU officials or representatives. This is in response to recent media reports about the CFMEU.

To make a report, you can:

The Commission may share the information you provide with other Commonwealth, state or territory bodies if it could help with their enforcement of relevant laws. Your contact details won’t be shared without your consent.

You can report concerns anonymously. However, the Commission and other regulatory and enforcement agencies may not be able to use the information provided.

It is unlawful for the CFMEU to take adverse action against a member, or a non-member or independent contractor, because the person makes a complaint or inquiry to the Commission. Learn more about protections available for those coming forward at Report a concern about the CFMEU.

The Commission is working closely with other law enforcement agencies that are investigating concerns about the CFMEU that fall outside the Commission’s jurisdiction.
