Having as much information as possible can speed things up. If you don’t have this information when you call, we may need you to find it out and call us back.

Employer Advisory Service
Our Employer Advisory Service (EAS) gives small businesses employers free tailored written advice on pay and entitlement issues.
The EAS helps small business employers understand and comply with workplace relations obligations, including:
- entitlements under the National Employment Standards
- award and enterprise agreement provisions
- other pay and employee entitlements.

Help in your language
If you don’t speak or understand English well, call the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) on 131 450.
