Who the Racing Clubs Events Award doesn’t cover
The following employers and employees are not covered by the Racing Clubs Events Award:
- employees engaged in the maintenance of racing venues
- food/drink attendants who are employed by a catering/hospitality business to perform work where the racing event is being held.
