What’s changed
My account
My account is our online portal for personalised workplace help and advice.
How to access your existing My account
Do you already have a My account?
To continue accessing your My account, including your past enquiries and saved information, you need to re-register.
It’s a simple 3-step process:
1. Re-register for My account using the same email address as your current account. This is important to ensure you can continue to access your saved profile and enquiry history.
2. Verify your email address and set a new password.

3. Verify your phone number using SMS or phone call.
Your registration details, previous and current enquiries, and any of your saved information will still be available.
For more information on the re-registration process, see New registration and login process for My account.
Enhanced privacy and security
We’ve added multi-factor authentication to My account, which adds a layer of security to help protect your data and give you peace of mind.
Each time you log in, you'll need to verify your identity with a phone call or a code that we send to you via SMS or phone call.
New home, look and structure
My account also has a new address. We've redirected all the old URLs, but you may need to update any bookmarks you've saved in your browser.
My account’s new look and structure includes:
- a fresh landing page and improved navigation
- an ‘Alerts and important updates’ section
- a new ‘Resources’ section that suggests training courses, templates and problem-solving guides tailored to your profile.

Online learning centre
Visit our new Online learning centre to access all of our online courses.
Learning history
You can now access all our existing courses in the Online learning centre without needing to login to My account. Your learning history, including certificates for courses you’ve already completed, has not moved to the new system.
Library
Visit our updated Library to access all our Library articles. Our Library has a suite of articles about more complex topics than what you’ll find on our website. Our Advisers use information from our website and Library to answer your questions if you call us or make an enquiry through My account.
