Phone and online enquiries
Our call centres will close at 12:30 pm (local time) on Tuesday 24 December 2024. Our online enquiries service will close at 12:30 pm (AEDT) on Monday 23 December 2024. These services will reopen on Thursday 2 January 2025.
My account
My account will be available during this period. You can use your My account to:
- view your existing enquiries and responses
- save pay, leave, and notice and redundancy calculator results.

Anonymous reports and feedback
During the holiday period, you can continue to submit anonymous reports or feedback. We’ll review these in January 2025.
Employer Advisory Service
The Employer Advisory Service (EAS) will close at 12:30 pm (local time) on Tuesday 24 December 2024 and reopen on Thursday 2 January 2025.
You can still lodge enquiries with the EAS during this time using our Enquiry Form and we’ll respond in January 2025. Our response time for providing written advice may be longer than usual.
