Personal Information and back up

We do not collect any personal information about you in our Record My Hours app (‘the app’) and no app data is recorded or stored centrally by us. Any data recorded by you using the app is your data, and you are responsible for the manner in which it is stored and saved.

The app provides a facility for you to back up your data. We make no representations and provide no warranties, express or implied, regarding the security of that facility. As per the Record My Hours – Terms and Conditions, this does not affect any agreement you may have with the operator of the facility.

We take no responsibility for any loss, destruction, or disruption of your data.

Location data

The app accesses your device’s location including when it is closed.

The app needs to always run in the background to record your time at work.  It cannot automatically record your hours of work if you do not allow it to always access your location.

Providing feedback on this app

If you email us about the app, we hold the information you email us in accordance with our record-keeping obligations. For more information, see ‘Storage and security of personal information’ in our Privacy policy  Privacy policy.

Use of Non-Personal Information

We may collect, share and use technical data and related information, including information about your device and the app to facilitate the provision of updates. You agree that we can use this information as long as it does not personally identify you.
