Allowances in an apprentice’s ordinary hourly rate in the Building & Construction Award
Apprentices are paid the full allowance amount of the:
- tools and protective or other clothing or equipment allowance
- industry allowance
- underground allowance, if it applies.
All of these allowances are included in the apprentice’s ordinary hourly pay rate.
