Casual pay rate in the Building & Construction Award
The 25% casual loading is applied to the sum of the:
- ordinary hourly rate
- industry allowance
The leading hand allowance will also be included in the calculation if it applies.
All other applicable allowances aren’t included in the casual ordinary hourly rate. They are paid separately.
