Enterprise awards
Enterprise awards are awards that apply to specific businesses. They set out the minimum wages and conditions for employees of one or more businesses. The name of the business is often part of the title of an enterprise award.
Awards don't apply when a business has a registered agreement and the employee is covered by it.

State reference public sector awards
State reference public sector awards are awards that cover certain public sector employers. These are employers who are public sector bodies covered by the national system (for example, most public sector bodies in Victoria).
Awards don't apply when a business has a registered agreement and the employee is covered by it.
