Proceedings against CFMMEU official discontinued

In September 2020, the ABCC commenced court proceedings alleging CFMMEU officials Paul Tzimas and Ronnie Buckley and the CFMMEU breached the Fair Work Act by acting in an improper manner at the West Gate Tunnel construction project in Melbourne in December 2019.

Paid family and domestic violence leave
